Request for identification of problems that occur when many users use it
Hi, this is a brandy company in Korea. Currently, 450 people have approved and are using Gathertown. But since many users were in the same room together, there were so many problems with howling during the video conference and stuttering. So I'd like to split the room into two rooms and request a change for 450 people who already paid, so I'd like to split the name of one room into Lab's space (100 people) and another into business space (150 people). Can I get a refund for the remaining 200 people? If not, I just want you to use it this month and keep 200 people in the first office. I really want you to do this. My company loves your program and wants to keep using it.
